How did WSM commence?
With Image sets.
We have 3 new Image sets and find out why the movie for Slapstick set S061, shot August 1989 with Professor Treacle and Melanie, was junked!
We revisit a classic mud image set from 1988 (sorry no movie) with Debbie.
We see ordinary housewife Sabean wet in the bath in long white dress, image set W171 shot 1995, before a wet mini-set of Caroline under a shower from 1982 in blouse and jeans (and take a quick look back at Caroline’s butterscotch sauce set).

Continuing our Images theme of this week, we look again at the very first Images set shot by Custard Couple (CC) in 2009 which we published June 2011 titled ‘Wet Car Wash’ with 75 shots.
And for Valentines Day we show again Mrs. Custard Couple (CC) getting rather foamy in her red outfit in movie CC63 and image set S369.
We now have 239 movies and 410 image sets available for the price of a Subscription.

SLAPSTICK
New Image set S061 is added with 66 shots.
But there is no movie!
One of the most difficult aspects of an outdoor shoot is setting a date.
Set the wrong date and disaster can follow.
It is all to do with the weather!
And so it turned out!
It did not rain, but the wind blew very strongly!
With a large table of food set out on a tablecloth in a meadow……the results were grim and show in some of the image shots, especially at the commencement.
In Image set S061, Professor Treacle was determined to show Melanie (not Mel, who came 15 years later) a good slapstick time – see sample shot 1.
Despite the wind, they set about the shoot.
The Prof loses no time in getting to grips with Melanie and soon has her blouse open as he pastes her with food.
Unable to contain himself, the Prof smashes eggs over her head – see sample shot 2.
Then it is a custard hair-do for Melanie.
She retaliates against the Prof smothering beans on his head and face.
Melanie follows this up with custard.
Then, grabbing a can each, they shake them over each other’s heads.
Melanie seems to come off worse from tomato soup.
The Prof has food massaged into his shirt (while his hand furtively seeks another egg!)
Positions are reversed as a tall but messy Prof looks down on Melanie’s struggles to mess him up!
Time for action by Prof Treacle as he leans her over the table and hoists her skirt.
A carton of custard goes down the back of her knickers!
Kneeling, the Prof pulls back the front of her skirt and puts golden syrup over her knickers – see sample shot 3.
Then Melanie is attacked with beans (always a favourite of the Prof.).
We see a totally messed-up bedraggled Melanie.
Melanie turns the tables as the Prof lowers his trousers inserting a carton of custard down the back of his underpants.
Melanie stretches to deposit a large container of mayonnaise over his head!
The Prof attacks again splattering Melanie with chocolate sauce and rice pudding.
By now they are both very messy but continue to grapple and try and mess each other up.
The Prof’s shirt and trousers are removed.
Likewise, Melanie loses her skirt.
The Prof delights in smearing golden syrup over a very messy Melanie – see sample shot 4.
The messy mayhem continues with the table looking well ravaged with a collection of empties.
The Prof now down to his underpants and socks gets a carton of custard down the front of his underpants.
Then it is time to move in close as he wrestles Melanie to the ground.
As our cameraman Shaun had already indicated that the wind had destroyed his film, we end with Mel posing in her messy state.
We show a fine messy close-up of Melanie in the concluding shots – see sample shot 5.
So a great shame to end without a movie.
But editing in 1989 was very difficult and Shaun did not want to put out second rate material.
So to Professor Treacle’s chagrin, the movie was junked…….but at least we have the image set.

MUDLARKING
Here is a mud image set that was much talked about when first published.
Shot in September 1988 set M083 features DEBBIE in some very sloshy mud.
We have to thank my good friend Roger Carpenter of Aquantics for the supply of this set.
Roger lives in Tenby, South Wales and this shoot was 18 miles away at Landshipping.
Debbie’s outfit was very carefully chosen with a grey suit, white blouse, white stockings, white suspenders, white knickers and black heels.
Debbie went ready dressed.
We had timed the tide perfectly and there was an inviting muddy area.
Debbie got stuck in and we produced some very memorable shots.
At the end, it was the intention for Debbie to wash off in a little stream.
But when we finished, the tide was at its lowest.
There was a very steep embankment to the stream, but it was a mud embankment.
So, no way of getting out clean!
It was then discovered that the towels had been forgotten!
So poor Debbie was wrapped in black plastic bin bags and amazed some Tenby residents upon her return!
So filming is easy……don’t you believe it!
We show 97 images of that shoot in set M083.
It did change conceptions about how muddy a girl could get!
Sadly, it was before the coming of universal camcorders, so there is no video.
But enjoy these sample pics with 5 shots of Debbie from set M083.
A true classic in the annals of WSM.

New Image set W171 of Sabean is due to random chance!
Firstly, she turned up at my original studio desperate for money and desperate to pose.
What to do?
Well that was easy as we had the ‘Jungle Pool’ which is featured in our Vintage Film 8 ‘The Ring’ as Leah examines exotic flowers in Stream 5.
So Sabean also got into that jungle pool, but those shots are still waiting to be found!
Secondly, I came across two full shoots of her in my files and decided to process the slides.
A lady of Indian origin, she was an ordinary housewife.
So this is a somewhat unusual shoot in a Manchester hotel in June 1995.
Image set W171 has Sabean in a long white dress getting wet in the bath.
A mature lady of Indian origin she does her best to pose for some bath shots, although she had no prior experience as a model.
This is when directing and choice of outfit (including shoes) become so important.
Hopefully we have an interesting record in the 36 shots taken.
Sadly, there was no video.

Searching through my files I came across some shots of Caroline, a young model instantly recognizable from her shoots in 1982 in Liverpool
There are only 12 shots in this NEW image set W035.
So a very quick Wet set which was shot in the same location as her butterscotch sauce shots (see below).
We show you a single sample shot of Caroline in set W035.
The only other shots we have published of Caroline were sets M019 and M024 in butterscotch sauce. These are also available on the Subscription site.
This is another Vintage messy image set with 59 shots from 1982 ref M019/M024.
A simple idea – butterscotch sauce – every day dress – a somewhat inexperienced young model – a standard bathroom.
Yet it was a defining moment!
Why?
Taken with messy set S012 of Justine, plus her wet set W063/W064 and finalized with an outdoor shoot in August of Jackee at the seaside, set W100/W105…….all these made 1982 a decisive year for the foundation of WSM Productions.
For the decision was then made…….Mike Ellison will produce WSM sets!
So Caroline, the girl with the dazzling broad smile, enjoyed messy pretty girl shots.
With butterscotch sauce over her hair, face and body, it was her happy acceptance that pressed the buttons to produce what has turned out to be hundreds of WSM sets!
So did Mike Ellison take these pictures?
Although they were shot in Liverpool, no he did not.
The photographer and organizer was Mike Whyman from Peterborough, but the director was Mike Ellison.

To celebrate Valentines Day, we look again at movie CC63 plus image set S369 to see how Mrs. Custard Couple (CC) fared with her lover!
An 18 minute movie for Valentines Day!
Mrs. Custard Couple (CC) has found herself all alone on Valentines Night.
She has no other option than to have fun on her own!
She has prepared some delicious foam pies and wears a very tight red dress.

This is what I wrote on 10th June 2011.
The first photoset contribution from our amateur friends, Custard Couple.
We start off with a WET set titled ‘Wet Car Wash’.
Well actually there are two cars.
The first set has 36 images and was shot at their home.
Then for the second set, they went into the countryside for a freer expression.
This has 39 images and is much more risqué.
Custard Couple (CC) are a totally amateur couple who are allowing us along on their wet and messy adventures!
It will become our own live soap with regular installments.
So initially, the camera work is poor, but as time passes it will improve.
This is what Mrs. Custard Couple wrote about set W262 Wet Car Wash:
“What started as an innocent car wash ended up in us taking it somewhat further!
By dripping hot soapy water all over my shorts and down into my underwear, my excitement began to rise!

This is a repeat of what was written last week, as these are important developments.
There are 3 items of Comment.
- Several people made remarks recently but just on one Forum site.
This resulted because they were unable to see or obtain access to our website.
So why did this happen and what has changed?
WSM did perform a security protocol on the website.
This changed from http:// to https://
Why?
This is now the future, because on http:// everything is tracked and https:// offers a privacy security for each visitor and keeps us from being attacked by hackers.
So your choice of browser is now important.
Anyone struggling to get access should get a latest updated browser like Chrome on https://www.google.com/chrome/

- We promised to give you further information on a change of name.
We are working to make this happen at the end of February.
Our NEW DOMAIN NAME will be www.wsmprod.com
The old domain name will still be accessible but will re-direct to the new one www.wsmprod.com when this becomes operational.
So why the change?
WSM was sold at the end of 2015.
The new owner wanted to indicate to everyone that title had changed and it was thought a more appropriate and shorter name with a .com domain reflected that the business was now based in the USA.
3. Inevitably, WSM Productions is due to change again.
When?
14th April 2017.
Why then?
Because it will be two years since Downloads were introduced.
It means that Downloads will then be added to the Subscription site 2 years after they are released.
Of course this excludes all XXX movies which will continue to be available solely as Downloads.
We are referring to the ‘WSM Movies & Images Section’ in the Online Store, which currently has 55 Download movies, all with full descriptions.
What happens if the Download for a certain week is either a XXX movie or none was published?
Then we will remedy the biggest deficiency on the WSM Productions website?
Currently there are no movie descriptions on all Subscription site movies!
So commencing 14th April 2017 we will be adding the descriptions at a rate of 2 movie descriptions per week but the WSM movie numbers updated will not run sequentially.
With 239 movies currently available on the Subscription site, it will take 27 months to get all the movie and image descriptions posted.
And the downside to all this?
Prices must inevitably rise from 14th April 2017.
So the smart move is to lock-in on current rates which are:
1 month £25 33 Euro
3 months £50 66 Euro
6 months £75 99 Euro
Your membership is automatically renewed until you cancel, but it is renewed at the price you have locked into.
Why are no US dollar Subscription rates shown?
Because with the mighty dollar, the exchange rate against sterling has changed dramatically, so the dollar price will be reviewed this April and is expected to remain unchanged.
Presently, we are considering raising Subscriptions to a base price of £30 for one month.
But what a bargain! 239 movies and 410 image sets currently for a monthly Subscription!
So from 17th April 2017, Downloads from the ‘WSM Movies & Images’ section will be added after a two year duration.
