WSM very much regret that we failed to publish last week after our 1st server disk failure. A new server disk has been installed that almost doubles our prior capacity.
WSM are here for the long term. For the record, the WSM server failed early on Monday 4th October and was restored at 17.15 on Saturday 9th October (UK time).

WSM apologise for our late publication this week.
I am afraid I took on far too many personal commitments as there is life outside of WSM.
Early this December it will be 12 years of weekly updates (with just 3 weeks missed).
But how relevant now is WSM and do people really appreciate all the time, effort, cost and WAM history and knowledge?
Just how long I, Mike Ellison will remain has yet to be determined.
Next week I will write some more as I will be coming to a decision!

SUBSCRIPTION PRICES INCREASED FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2021
Our quarterly Subscription prices were unchanged for 5 years.
In that time our number of Subscription Movies has increased from 237 to reach 341 by 1st October this year 2021.
I have a duty to recover costs and not to make unfair competition against my fellow producers.
Accordingly from 1st October 2021 the new Charges are:

1 month £30 $45 39
But do note that any Subscriptions taken before 1st October will attract not only the existing rate but will continue at present rates into the future until the Subscription is cancelled.
So no existing Subscribers will have their Subscription prices increased.
There are no XXX movies in our Subscription site just Wet, Slapstick and Muddy scenes, but there is no mystery as every movie and image set is listed under “Subscription” on our Home Page.

With my 40 years of continuous service to WSM now in view by this December, it is time to seriously consider the two R’s.
What are they?
Let us start with the easy one…….10 letters being….. Retirement!
But can you work out the 2nd R?
9 letters….. probably as important for me as Retirement.
And the answer is Relevance.
This is a two pronged answer:
How Relevant am I to the WAM community and how do they see my Relevance?
Our Subscription charges increased from 1st October.
So how many new Subscriptions were taken to beat the price increase since we first announced the increase on 20th August……………there were 12 in total.
Next week I will be looking at WSM performance in 2021 and asking myself does the actual performance equal all this effort?
Meanwhile, I have taken on serious outside interests and my time is extremely limited until 6th November. So for once, I will write the forward programme to suit.
